When Eros is Calling: Spiritual Sexual Healing for Women
Dec 18, 2024We’ve created a private community for women seeking spiritual sexual healing—a space designed to provide the support and transformation many of us deeply crave. But how do you know if you’re looking for spiritual sexual healing?
It’s one of those things you intuitively know you need. Many women feel disconnected from their sex, sensuality, or feminine energy, sensing that they’re not living in full alignment with their true selves. The way you feel in your body, in your skin, and as a woman is a clear indicator. If this resonates, keep reading.
The Limits of Talk Therapy
In my experience, talk therapy, while essential for processing trauma, can only take you so far. It provides guideposts and helps address the layers of pain, but true healing often requires more. It calls for a holistic approach—one that includes the mind, body, and spirit. This is where a spiritual container becomes invaluable.
The Power of a Spiritual Container
A spiritual container is a sacred space where transformation happens. It allows for two vital things: the slow, present unfolding of being fully seen, felt, heard, and known—and the possibility of transcendental shifts.
We feel a more profound sense of freedom from previous pain or baggage within a spiritual container. In these spaces, we explore forgiveness, redefine our identities, and step into a life beyond defining moments from our past. This process is deeply personal and happens on its own timeline—sometimes in an instant, sometimes over a lifetime.
The Journey Begins with Love
Women seeking spiritual sexual healing are often driven by a desire for deeper, wilder, and more ecstatic love. This could mean deepening self-love, enhancing love for another, or cultivating a love for all of creation. Practical outcomes, such as reduced anxiety, are rooted in this love—love for your process, your present moment, and even your planning mind.
Many women come to this work after periods of isolation, feeling unseen and unheard despite their efforts with therapists, coaches, or partners. They know something deeper is missing. They’re ready for a shift that integrates the body and spirit in ways they haven’t yet experienced.
Moving Beyond Living “From the Waist Up”
Too often, especially in spiritual circles, we live “from the waist up,” prioritizing the mind and heart while neglecting the lower chakras. This disconnection can manifest as a lack of awareness or relationship with the pelvis, which is the seat of our creative and sexual energy.
This energy, Eros, is the embodiment of love—erotic love that awakens the body, changes our physiology and activates our creative potential. Eros is a wild, potent force that wants to flow through our lives, bringing us into deeper relationships with ourselves, our environments, and others. This energy may express itself unconsciously when ignored or suppressed, leading to struggles with shame, guilt, or regret. Alternatively, we might smother it entirely, filing it away as something we can live without. But for some women, that’s simply not an option.
Answering the Call
If you feel the call to reconnect with this energy, it’s because it’s yearning to be seen and known. This journey involves moving through layers of emotions, beliefs, and physical motions to reprogram the body-mind. The goal? To hold, receive, and give more love. To embody love fully.
Spiritual sexual healing is about answering that call. It’s about allowing Eros to rise into your life, fueling your heart, and guiding your choices. When this energy is integrated, it can transform your relationships—with your body, your environment, and others.
An Invitation
For those who hear the call and feel ready, I invite you to join this journey. Together, we can explore the layers of healing and transformation that will bring you closer to the embodiment of love. Whether it’s a subtle shift or a profound awakening, this path leads to a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Thanks for taking the time to read and consider this. Your journey toward healing begins the moment you listen to that inner nudge and choose something different. Here’s to answering the call.
